Use the Pre-authorized Payment Batch Summary Report to list a summary of all Pre-authorized Payment batches that have been run for a specific date or date range. Access to this report is controlled by your Security Profile.
- Select PAP Batch Summary from the Reports tab.
- Click Run Report.
- The report will be generated using the default settings. For this report, the default settings are all pending PAP transactions.
- If you wish you can change the default settings:
Default Settings Description Changes to Default Settings Batch From Date Batch Creation Date From date.
Batch To Date Batch Creation Date To date.
Batch Batch Type
- All Batches: Processed and those not yet included in a batch
- Pending: Not yet included in a batch
- Specific Batch
- Click View Report.
- If you wish to save, print or export the report, select the report destination.
Report Information
The report includes the following information:
- Batch Number or Batch Pending
- Number of transactions in each batch
- Total dollar amount for each batch
- Total number of Batches
- Total number of transactions
- Grand total of all Batches

Pending transactions will be included in the report regardless of the Creation Date range. |
